Program Description

When was the last time you lost data that you needed? Let’s make sure that it never happens again!
‘Where did I save that?’ ‘Where are my files?’ ‘Where is the cloud?’ Have you ever seen an actual 3d printed version of the ‘save’ icon?

These are questions we still hear every day. Let’s find out how OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint and File Explorer work together to help me keep track of my documentation. Did you know that we can co-author and track the version history of our documents in all the above listed places? If you’ve ever lost work that was apparently not saved – this session is for you!

Register now for one of our 3 sessions, each running for 60-minutes, including question and answer time as we answer these questions and make document management easier for you.

All sessions are live but will cover the same content. Please feel free to attend as many times as you need.

Program Outcomes

OneDrive – be the master of where your data is, who can access it what you’ll do with it.

During thus session we will cover:
• Where are my files?
• OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams – how do they relate in regards to storing files?
• How does this affect my records management?
• Permissions, Sharing, Co-Authoring – work with others on your files
• Version history and auto save – how they will help you never loose data again!
