Program Description

This workshop will dive into research and best practice in working with families, students and colleagues from different backgrounds. This workshop will benefit teachers, leaders, school administration staff, corporate staff and anyone that works in a team.

Develop cultural curiosity, build skills and knowledge in intercultural communication, diversity and navigating difference.

Explore the ways in which we are different, while finding connection in the ways we can work together and harness these differences.

This workshop will provide practical solutions, interactive activities, resources and support networks to support all DECYP staff.

Program Outcomes

Participants will gain insights into cultural differences that impact our daily lives and ways of working and how develop strategies to harness these differences to create great environments for our teams, our school communities and students.
