Program Description

This one-day workshop is for project managers and team members who want to understand more about the field of change management in relation to project management. The program provides participants with a structured approach to mitigating a common risk to projects that the business and/or its stakeholders will not be effectively engaged in a project in order to realise the target benefits.

Whilst many project management methodologies indicate the relevance of management of change – many do not provide insight to the change process itself nor do they offer a range of practical strategies that can be used when implementing change.

The workshop provides an introduction to change management tools and techniques that can be used to complement project plans and activities in order to improve results and overall project success. The workshop draws from the body of knowledge, tools and techniques that are available in the field of organisational development, including licensed tools.
