This session is designed to support educators to:
• enact the expectations of the DoE ‘Our Approach to School Improvement – Appendix 2’ document
• participate in and build communities of practice with other educators working in the same service type or grade level
• explore how the ELTP model is relevant in their specific context and how it informs practice
• reconnect with, extend, or challenge their knowledge of the ELTP Model.
Participants will develop their understanding of:
• the elements of the Early Learning Teaching Practices (ELTP) model
• how the ELTP model relates to their work within their own context.
Participants will be provided the opportunity to:
• contribute to the development of enduring resources relevant to their centre or grade level
• build and actively participate in collaborative networks.

Standard 7 – Engage professionally with colleagues, parents/carers and the community
Principals:
Developing self and others, Leading improvement, innovation and change
Online session – 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm
This 1 hour session will be delivered online.
The link to the meeting platform will be sent to participants prior to the session.
