This is the first of two workshops designed for school leaders and/or teachers of Health and Physical Education from Foundation – 10 (both H&PE specialist and classroom teachers) to be held in terms 3 and 4.
Workshops will take place in the South, North and North-West. Participants will have the option to enrol in both workshops or select the one they can attend.
The workshops will provide an opportunity for school leaders and teachers of H&PE across both strands of the curriculum to work on unpacking the AC: H&PE; assessment and moderation; scope and sequence documents; pedagogy; using the DoE inquiry cycle: using and analysing data; and sharing resources.
Information regarding the term four workshop is in the link below. Enrolments to one or both workshops can be made via the enrolment tab: https://pli.education.tas.gov.au/program/health-and-physical-education-regional-workshop-term-4/

• Increase their curricula knowledge of the H&PE Curriculum
• Improve their understanding of the moderation process in preparation for Moderation in 2020
• Engage with quality resources to support improved student outcomes in their schools
