ICDP Online course has been developed to support teachers in their work with students, particularly those working with Year 7 – 12 students. This course is part of a suite of Career Development programs that support teachers and support staff within our schools. We hope that the ICDP will help to develop our workforce to support student pathways, transitions and career education programs in our schools.

There are seven topics covered in the ICDP Online course
and these represent the seven core competencies
for career development practitioners in Australia.
Topics are:

Standard 6 – Engage in professional learning
There are five 2 month sessions that the course will be available to be completed in.
The course is delivered online and will take approx. 12 hours to complete.
