Program Description

Intermediate
Current disruptive influences from a global to an individual level can add enormous stress, drive fear and have substantial health and wellbeing impacts on individuals. Building on a foundational knowledge, leaders develop a deeper understanding of mental health and wellbeing through a leadership lens.

Masterclass
This session is aimed at people leaders with a more advanced understanding of mental health and wellbeing. The purpose of this program will be to refine mental health awareness and literacy, outline the roles of leaders, and provide strategies to support oneself and others.

• Strategies to promote positive wellbeing and early intervention.
