This online program is designed to build capacity in workplace and employee efficiencies and effectiveness by developing participant knowledge and skills in: the differences between urgent and important, managing energy and stress, creating new habits to accomplish more in less time and understanding how personality impacts on how you handle your time. The content is delivered as online activities and webinars.

By the end of the program participants will be able to:
• Identify priorities
• Handle stress and direct energies
• Create focus and establish time management habits
• Accomplish work goals – particularly in circumstances where a person may be working remotely from the workplace
• Increase productivity

This Program will  be delivered as online learning.

The program content can be accessed from Tuesday 9 June 2020.  It is self paced, equivalent to 7 to 8 hours professional learning and you have until October 2020 to complete.
