The Hardie Fellowship provides opportunities for individual teachers or groups of teachers employed by the Department of Education to undertake professional learning and tertiary study in the USA.
This online program is designed to build the knowledge and skills of school business managers to: use a range of processes and techniques to plan and direct staff workload/workflow, understand delegation and effectively delegate, and create the conditions for high-level employee engagement.
1 1/2-2 Hour Program up to 5 times over the year
Schools are invited to participate in facilitated curriculum networks focusing on improving understanding and practice in curriculum and assessment including task design and developing quality rubrics. PL sessions will be tailored to meet the needs of participating schools.

Principals are invited to bring along a team (max. 3) including a classroom teacher, to explore inquiry as a pedagogy in a school context.
Research tells us there is very little time afforded to classroom Health Education and schools often miss valuable opportunities to help children and young people develop Health Literacy.
Deana Leahy, Associate Professor in Health Education, Monash University will facilitate this two hour session that will devise ways of working creatively with the curriculum to develop units that make cross curricular links. Health Education provides the perfect context where teachers can address the Achievement Standards across multiple Learning Areas.
ICDP Online course has been developed to support teachers in their work with students, particularly those working with Year 7 – 12 students.
