Program Description

Principal Capability Framework (PCF): P5, K6

This two-day executive level workshop is directed at building leadership resilience. Change is a constant in schools, and it is essential that principals, as leaders of complex communities, can weather the negative impacts as well as embrace the positives that arise. This workshop will provide a lens to deepening their understanding of resilience – not just bouncing back but bouncing back better – and how to use this knowledge to build their own resilience as well as the resilience of others.

Program Outcomes

Through self-exploration and reflection, and guided learning, participants will develop a deeper understanding of the importance of developing resilience in themselves and others.
