A series of regional workshops for Health and Physical Education teachers (F-10), will be offered to schools in terms 1, 2 and 3 in 2020. The workshops will be facilitated by Janice Atkin, a well known freelance education consultant who previously managed the development of the Australian Curriculum; H&PE
This is a series of three workshops designed for school leaders and teachers of Science from Prep – Year 10 to be held in Term 2, Term 3 and Term 4. Workshops will take place in the South, North and North-West.

Aims to equip TAs with the skills and knowledge to make the student’s transition into the classroom as comfortable as possible.
1 Day Program
This program equips teachers with the skills and knowledge to make the EAL student’s transition into the classroom as comfortable as possible for the EAL student, the mainstream students in the classroom and the classroom teacher.
This one-day workshop is a follow-up to the five-day Family Partnership Model Foundation Course and will explore reflective practice as a strategy for keeping helpful change at the forefront of family partnership practice.

Information and resources to support staff in coordinating, facilitating and evaluating effective Launching into Learning initiatives in their school and community.
This course includes one full day session and the option of two in-school visits/coaching sessions by a member of the Early Learning team.
