Online Sessions

This program will provide two one-hour online information sessions for school staff involved in the years 10 into 11 Transition Planning process. These sessions will occur in Terms 1 and 4. They will cover the required activities for the Transition Planning Timeline leading to the completion of a Transition Plan for every year 10 student.

  • Understand the Transition Planning policy and procedure and Quality Assurance process
  • Review and refine the school transition planning timeline and Scope and Sequence
  • Become familiar with Edi reports to monitor student Transition Plan progress and inform course offerings
  • Know how to identify students requiring extra support with Transition
  • Understand how to utilise the Transition Plan and associated data in Years 11 and 12

Participants are required to attend all online sessions.

The link to the meeting platform will be sent to participants prior to the sessions.
