Program Description
This online professional learning session supports Kindergarten teachers to moderate selected KDC markers, identify key assessment indicators for each marker, and map the markers to EYLF Outcomes for reporting.
The session will be practical and interactive. Participants will be working in groups and will be required to bring a small number of KDC marker work samples or observations from their own Kinder group to share. Details will be provided after enrolment.
Program Outcomes
Participants will:
- have a consistent understanding of the KDC markers across the state.
- understand how to assess the KDC markers.
- contribute to the development of further resources to assist with assessing and reporting on KDC markers.
