Program Description
The Induction Program for Principals and CFLC Leaders is designed for newly appointed principals and centre leaders. The content has a focus on building a working knowledge of the Department’s support systems and building capability in organisational and resourcing management that will maximise operational success.
This is a blended learning model with content delivered in online sessions, face-to-face workshop days and through the Canvas online platform.

First-time Principals and CFLC Leaders:
- Have the knowledge and capability to execute the role of principal/CFLC Leader confidently and successfully.
- Know who and where to go, to locate information and resource important to their roles and responsibilities.
