This professional learning program is a series of four one-hour online workshops that will dig deeper into the content of the content of the Science Understanding strands of the Australian Curriculum V9 and explore the implications for teaching, learning, and assessment.
While maximum value will be realised by participating in all four workshops, participants can attend individual workshops.
Term 1: Digging Deeper into Content: Chemistry
Term 2: Digging Deeper into Content: Physics
Term 3: Digging Deeper into Content: Earth and Space Science
Term 4: Digging Deeper into Content: Biology
By engaging in this session, participants will:
- understand the content of the Australian Science Curriculum V9 (Years 7-10)
- understand how that content is used for teaching, learning, and assessment.
