Launching into Learning teachers, teacher assistants, CFC educators and leaders will develop and deepen their understanding of how we can build genuine partnerships with families.

In this program, AUSTSWIM Teachers will be updated on requirements of the Swimming & Water Safety Program for 2020. The workshop also involves guest speakers providing information focusing on the Stage 2 swimmer (Adam Briggs), Diabetes (Diabetes Tasmania) and Key Word Signs for the pool (St Giles).
1 Day Program
This program is for Health & Physical Education teachers who are Teachers’ In Charge (TIC) of their school’s Swimming & Water Safety program and are required to requalify each year.
9 Day Program - Over 2 months
Brings a functional grammar perspective to the teaching of students who are learning through a language that is not their primary language.
7 Day Program - Over 3 months
This teacher development course brings a functional grammar perspective to teacher planning and student learning.
1 Day Program
These workshops will include specific focus on understanding achievement standards, task design and moderation processes (including the option of using Canvas to support moderation).
